Role: Creative Strategist
Restless is on the search for an experienced performance marketing-led Creative Strategist to support on one of our hero accounts (in the beauty and wellness sector), as well as with the creation of new business proposals across a range of consumer sectors.
Translating strategy and Antenna insights into effective social-first creative ideas for pitch, project, always on and campaign work
Write creative briefs across Restless’ full client portfolio, each structured as an experiment with a clear hypothesis
Use Restless’ internal AI tools to produce briefs at high volume while maintaining strategic quality
Contribute to weekly sprint planning: reviewing results, identifying patterns, and writing hypotheses for the next round of experiments
Analyse creative performance to understand what's working, what's failing, and why
Leading internal and external ideation workshops
In this role, you’ll own the creative direction, driving ideation, scripting, briefing and analysis from end to end
Write compelling UGC ad scripts, balancing storytelling and performance
You’ll be responsible for developing, testing and scaling high-performing creative that delivers measurable results across Meta and TikTok.
You’ll work closely with designers, producers, media buyers and account managers to ensure creative output is strategically sound, performance-driven and executed to a high standard.
You will build these concepts into clear client presentations and present these ideas with confidence to the client.
Turn creative performance data into clear insights, recommendations and testing opportunities.
Write clear, high-quality creative briefs for creators and internal production teams.
Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure alignment between strategy, delivery and client goals.
Stay ahead of trends, hooks, formats and platform updates to inform creative direction.
Lead or contribute to client reporting, presenting creative insights and strategic recommendations.
Manage multiple accounts with strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
A strong interest in buyer psychology, storytelling and conversion-driven content.
Ability to build out, structure a presentation deck and showcase creative concepts to clients with confidence
Proven experience in creative strategy, content or performance marketing at an agency
Excellent written communication and briefing skills.
Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems.
Proven ability to analyse performance data and translate it into creative decisions.
